Cancel or manage Span Plus

Subscriptions are billed and cancelled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Span. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Restore a purchase

Open Span, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the Span purchase.

Your data

Span has no account. Your scores are stored on this phone. Purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat, and Span receives anonymous usage events and game results to fix problems and check its norms, never your name or email. No ads. No account. No tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
